Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our CA office. You will coordinate the team, manage compliance timelines, act as a first point of contact for clients, and make sure work is delivered accurately and on time. This role suits a CA Inter candidate who has completed articleship and wants to move into a management and client-facing position.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations, including work allocation, tracking and follow-up with article assistants and staff.
• Maintain and monitor the firm’s compliance calendar for GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other statutory due dates.
• Review and supervise GST returns, TDS returns,



income tax returns and ROC filings prepared by the team.
• Coordinate with clients to collect documents and information, share updates, and resolve routine queries.
• Support partners with audits, company incorporations, FEMA/RBI filings and advisory assignments.
• Maintain client files, work papers, engagement records and document management systems.
• Handle invoicing, fee follow-ups and basic office accounts.
• Train and guide article assistants and junior staff on processes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with banks, government departments and other professionals when required.

Qualifications & Experience
• CA Intermediate (one or both groups cleared) or currently pursuing CA Inter.
• Completed articleship, or articleship in its final stage, preferably with a CA firm.
• 0–3 years of post-articleship experience. Freshers who have just completed articleship are welcome to apply.
