Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client Partner & Delivery Head to manage strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, enterprise client management experience, and the ability to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining delivery quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and new business opportunities.
• Develop account plans, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Lead multiple technology and digital transformation engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, resource allocation, workforce planning, risks,



and dependencies.
• Handle client escalations and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor account performance, revenue, profitability, resource utilisation, and delivery health.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Product, HR, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams to improve performance and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Partnership, Account Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise clients and technology or digital transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of account planning, relationship management, business reviews, renewals, and prospect pipelines.
