Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in West Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions,



partners, and corporate clients, and drive revenue growth for Careers360’s products and services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, developing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing a pipeline using CRM tools. The role also involves conducting market and competitor analysis, collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine offerings, and preparing regular performance reports and forecasts. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet defined targets, represent the brand professionally in meetings and events, and continuously seek opportunities to expand Careers360’s presence in the education sector.
