JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
• Track market movements and identify opportunities, risks, and anomalies.
• Work closely with senior traders and the broader trading team to ensure smooth execution and
monitoring of trades.
• Support trade execution and order management as responsibilities evolve.
• Analyse trading data and market trends to identify potential trading opportunities.
• Assist in developing, testing, and refining trading strategies over time.
• Monitor risk, positions, P&L;, and adherence to trading limits.




• Maintain strong discipline around trade processes, controls, and risk management.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to improve trading workflows.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• 2–6 years of experience in trading, trade monitoring, execution, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
• Positive analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret market data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to trade execution, market making, proprietary trading, or systematic/discretionary
strategies would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
