ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER – IMPLEMENTATION

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project
Manager / Onboarding Manager to lead the ManageArtworks implementation project
at our customer's location in Mumbai. The role will serve as the primary point
of contact (SPOC) at the customer site, coordinating closely with customer
stakeholders and liaising with internal teams to ensure successful project
execution and delivery. This is a one-year fixed-term contract opportunity,
which may be extended beyond the initial term based on business requirements.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Act as the customer-side owner and primary point of contact
(SPOC) for the ManageArtworks implementation, driving the project to successful
completion.

• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders
and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timely
resolution of issues.

Facilitate requirements discussions, track action items, and ensure project
deliverables are aligned with business objectives.

• Create, monitor, and drive project plans,
timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure ontime delivery.





• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and
follow up on tasks to keep implementation activities progressing as planned.

• Plan and oversee UAT, testing, validation, and
deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and
quality standards.

• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve
project challenges, risks, and change requests to minimize delivery impact.

• Coordinate and support validation activities,
including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and
PQ (Performance Qualification), validation documentation, test execution,
defect tracking, and customer sign-offs in compliance with pharmaceutical
industry requirements.

• Support go-live, user adoption, stakeholder
engagement, and post-implementation stabilization to ensure long-term project
success.

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
or a related field.

• 8-12 years of experience in project management,
implementation, or customer onboarding roles, with proven ownership of
end-to-end delivery.

• Robust customer-facing and stakeholder
management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between customers
and internal teams.

• Experience managing SaaS product
implementations; experience in SaaS onboarding projects is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and
project coordination skills, with a strong focus on customer success and
quality delivery.
