Job Summary

Off-the-shelf software
only goes so far. As a Full Stack
Developer, you'll build the custom applications and integrations that close
the gap - on Zoho Creator for business apps, and on Zoho Catalyst for
serverless back-ends, APIs, and scheduled jobs. You'll take a requirement from
our consultants, design the data model, write the logic, build the interface,
connect it to the systems the client already runs, and support it after
go-live. No Zoho experience? We'll train you on Creator, Catalyst, and Deluge.
You bring robust full stack fundamentals and the speed to pick up a new
platform.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development on Zoho Creator

· Build
business applications - forms, reports, workflows, and custom pages

· Write
business logic in Deluge, Zoho's scripting language

· Design data
models and permissions that hold up as the client's usage grows





Serverless Back-ends on Zoho Catalyst

· Develop
functions, APIs, and scheduled jobs on Catalyst

· Work with
Catalyst Data Store, File Store, and web client hosting

· Write
clean, modular server-side code in Node.js (Java or Python where it fits)

APIs & Integrations

· Integrate
Zoho apps - CRM, People, Books, Desk - with each other

· Connect
Zoho with third-party platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth

· Handle data
sync, error logging, and retries so integrations don't fail silently

Front-end Development

· Build
custom interfaces in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React or similar) where the
native UI falls short

· Keep
interfaces simple for non-technical business users

Testing, Deployment & Support

· Test every
build against requirements before it reaches the client

· Deploy to
production, support UAT, and fix issues within agreed timelines

· Document
code, APIs, and configurations so the next developer can pick it up

Requirements

Experience and Education

· 1–4 years
building web applications end to end - front end, back end, and database

· B.Tech /
BCA / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field

· Hands-on
Zoho experience is a head-start,



not a requirement - full training on Creator,
Catalyst, and Deluge is provided

· Any
low-code or serverless platform exposure (Salesforce, Power Apps, AWS Lambda,
Firebase) is a plus

Skills

· JavaScript - strong fundamentals, Node.js, and a sync/await; Java or Python is a plus

· Front end - HTML, CSS, and React or another modern framework

· APIs - REST
design and integration, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth

· Data - SQL
and relational database design

· Tooling - Git, basic deployment practices, and comfort using AI coding tools and MCP

· Communication - explains code and technical choices clearly to consultants and non-technical
clients

of rebuilding late. You test your own work before anyone else sees it. You own
what you build — through deployment and the first bug report after. You
document as you go, not after. These habits matter more to us than what you
already know about Zoho. We can teach the rest.
