Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Nexion Tiles is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities with architects, designers, developers, and key trade partners, as well as expanding relationships with existing customers.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and project timelines, and providing regular reporting on sales activities and market trends. The role also includes representing Nexion Tiles at industry events, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring high standards of customer service and brand positioning in the region.
