Role Description The Fixed Asset Manager role at Zypp Electric is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the qualified will oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, capitalization, tracking, depreciation, and disposal, in alignment with company policies and accounting standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate fixed asset registers, reviewing asset classifications, preparing and posting related journal entries, and reconciling fixed asset sub-ledgers with the general ledger. The role also involves supporting audits, implementing internal controls over asset management, and collaborating with finance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure data integrity and compliance. The Fixed Asset Manager will be expected to analyze asset utilization, provide insights for cost optimization, and contribute to process improvements as Zypp Electric scales its EV fleet and infrastructure.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Fixed Asset Management and handling Fixed Assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Solid foundation in Finance with practical experience preparing and reviewing Journal Entries (Accounting).
