Uniwear is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to lead and scale our B2B sales operations in the corporate, industrial, and institutional workwear segment.
We are seeking a sales leader with a proven track record in B2B apparel, workwear, uniform manufacturing, or institutional garment sales, who understands enterprise client acquisition, long-term account management, and high-volume order closures.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong industry relationships, commercial acumen, and the ability to build a consistent sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities• B2B Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
• New Business Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard large corporates, manufacturing companies, factories, infrastructure companies, hospitality groups, healthcare institutions, and other bulk uniform buyers.
• Enterprise Client Management: Build relationships with procurement heads, purchase managers, HR heads, administration teams, and plant heads.




• Workwear & Uniform Sales: Drive bulk orders for industrial uniforms, corporate workwear, shirts, trousers, T-shirts, jackets, and customised apparel.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads, manage sales forecasts, and track conversion rates and order values.
• Key Account Development: Grow existing accounts, secure repeat orders, and establish long-term supply partnerships.
• Commercial Negotiations: Lead pricing discussions, tenders, quotations, contracts, and annual rate agreements while protecting margins.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve individual and organisational targets.
• Market Expansion: Identify current industry segments, geographies, and large-volume business opportunities.
