Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-backed, CDSCO-approved, technology-led fertility care startup building non-hormonal solutions for women's health. With our flagship product, FertiGen, we aim to make fertility care more accessible and patient-centric.

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on business leader who can personally drive sales, lead a sales team, build business strategies, and generate revenue.You will work directly with the founders to scale Cosma's business, build processes from 0 to 1, develop new revenue channels, and drive execution. We need someone who takes initiative, makes decisions, and suggests what the business should do next—not someone who simply follows instructions.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue: Personally close deals, drive consultative sales, and own revenue targets.
• Team Management: Lead and coach the inside sales and telecalling team to achieve targets and improve conversions.
• Business Strategy: Develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable business plans.
• Business Development: Build partnerships with doctors,



clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and other relevant channels.
• Process Building: Set up sales processes, CRM workflows, dashboards, and SOPs from 0 to 1.
• Funnel Management: Improve lead conversion, follow-ups, consultation bookings, and repeat sales.
• Founder's Office: Work directly with founders on business priorities, growth initiatives, and cross-functional execution.

Who We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or early-stage startup.
• Proven experience in closing sales and driving revenue through a team.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience building processes or business functions from 0 to 1.
• Ability to independently develop strategies, make decisions, and recommend solutions.
• Solid understanding of sales funnels, CRM, targets, and conversion metrics.
