Pure Cube Design Studio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior architect/designer to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India. We are a passionate design firm specializing in creating cutting-edge and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring for all departments: interior design, architecture, project management, site execution, procurement, furniture design, accounts and admin
• Understand role requirements from department heads and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through Apna, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and consultants
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds
• Manage offers, salary negotiation, onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate database and recruitment MIS
• Support manpower planning and employer branding

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (HR) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for design, construction, interiors or real estate roles preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Excel
