? What We’re Looking For✅ Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
✅ Currently working as an SME or Team Lead
✅ Strong background in Application Support
✅ AdvancedMD certification and platform experience preferred
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Ability to manage client-facing discussions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate effective resolutions
