Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and internal teams when required.

Requirements• Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Tamil and English.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Confident, polite, and professional communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
