Role Description The Vice President of Sales is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for HPIPL’s parking infrastructure solutions.



This role oversees the sales organization, including strategy development, sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking across multiple regions and segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, managing key accounts, building strategic partnerships, and coordinating with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. The Vice President of Sales will identify new business opportunities, develop proposals and negotiations for large contracts, and represent HPIPL at industry events and client meetings. The role also involves setting sales targets, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s innovation, sustainability, and quality objectives.
