Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing short-form video and image content, writing compelling captions and adapting brand messaging for different channels. The role also involves monitoring social media performance,



analyzing insights, responding to audience interactions and collaborating with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and product launches. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India, requiring close coordination with the team for timely content production and execution.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, static creatives and platform-specific formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts).
• Ability to write clear, engaging and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts and basic scripts.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in visual editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, mobile editing apps) for creating and refining content.
