Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing prospective customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and recommending suitable loan products. Daily activities include meeting customers, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursement.



The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, addressing queries, and providing ongoing support throughout the loan lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will also support business growth by networking with local channel partners, builders, and other stakeholders, while adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications

• Customer relationship and service orientation, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closure of housing finance deals.
• Basic financial and analytical skills to assess customer profiles, understand loan eligibility, and interpret key documents.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customer cases and meet turnaround times.
