We provide fixed and portable gas detection instruments, along with skilled service and calibration support, to customers across industries including oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and industrial safety.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Commercial Coordinator to support our day-to-day sales, commercial, documentation, and office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers across India. The role involves preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining sales and purchase records, coordinating orders and dispatches, supporting GST-related data preparation, managing office inventory, and handling regular customer communications.



This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can independently manage multiple commercial and administrative activities while ensuring that documentation and records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and send customer quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch-related documents.
• Enter and maintain sales and purchase orders and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Coordinate with customers across India regarding quotations, orders, payments, dispatches, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Handle regular email communication and follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain monthly sales, purchase, and import-related data and records.
• Prepare and organize data required for monthly GST returns and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with the accounts team / external accountant for GST, invoicing, and accounting-related requirements.
• Maintain and update Tally records/data; working knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
