Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist (Fresher) will engage prospective learners and customers, understand their needs, and clearly communicate how Crio.Do’s programs can help them achieve their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves conducting product demos or information sessions, following up with leads,



and supporting the conversion of prospects into enrolled learners while ensuring a positive experience. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality, track performance metrics, and contribute feedback on customer needs. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including managing queries, handling objections, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
