Requirements:
• Experience -2-6 years
• Education: Master's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources

Job Responsibilities
• Manage post joining employee life cycle
• Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schedule
• Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring seamless employee experience
• Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines
• Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines
• Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget
• Develop robust employee connect and support in resolution of employee issues and grievances




• Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues
• Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) of the eligible employees, as per company guideline
