We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and execution-driven individual to join the Founder’s Office. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving problems, and taking projects from idea to execution.
Working closely with the Founders, Founder’s Office Lead as well as cross-functionally you’ll help drive key business priorities, manage our Sephora US and UK accounts, and work across projects spanning strategy, e-commerce, brand and more. You’re someone who loves getting things done, learns quickly, and thrives on variety and responsibility. You’re equally comfortable analysing data, building a deck, refining a product page, or conducting market research to uncover consumer insights.

What You’ll Do
Project Management & Execution
• Lead/support cross-functional projects from brief through execution, depending on the scope and business priority.
• Manage timelines, trackers, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and deadlines are met.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding actions, anticipate roadblocks,



and keep multiple workstreams moving.
• Build and maintain processes and reporting to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to projects.

Sephora US & UK Account Management
• Support the day-to-day management of Sephora US and UK accounts, spanning administrative requirements, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives.
• Own and coordinate PDP optimizations, ensuring product pages are accurate, compelling, on-brand, and optimized for conversion.
• Track account performance and build regular reporting on key metrics, launches, and opportunities.
• Coordinate launches, updates, assets, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
• Support the Brand Marketing team in executing Sephora US and UK activations, launches, and promotional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and brand presence across Sephora.
