Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CHRO with robust expertise in IT recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management. The primary focus will be leading lateral and fresher recruitment with an annual hiring target of 500–1,000 employees. Secondary responsibilities include HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across lateral and fresher hiring.
• Achieve annual hiring targets of 500–1,000 employees.
• Build, lead, and mentor recruitment and HR teams, ensuring productivity and hiring targets are met.
• Drive campus recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with the CEO, business heads, delivery leaders,



and hiring managers to align recruitment with business requirements.
• Manage senior-level stakeholders and provide regular updates on hiring progress, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
• Develop recruitment pipelines and manage hiring vendors, budgets, and recruitment costs.
• Oversee HR operations, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• 20+ years of overall HR experience, predominantly in the IT industry.
• Experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as CHRO, HR Head, or VP HR.
• Proven track record of managing 500–1,000 annual hires across lateral and fresher recruitment.
• Strong experience in managing and developing recruitment and HR teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership, business heads, and hiring
