URVAN USTA is a growing home-services company providing services such as AC and appliance repair, home cleaning, maid services, car and bike washing, and other home-related services.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate who can manage customer communication, service bookings, technician coordination, and daily operations.

Job Responsibilities – What You Will Have to Do

1. Customer Calling & Follow-ups
- Call customers who enquire about our services.
- Follow up with customers who have not confirmed their bookings.
- Explain available services, pricing, and booking procedures.
- Handle customer questions professionally.

2. Booking Management
- Receive and record customer bookings.
- Confirm service requirements, address, preferred timing, and contact details.
- Coordinate with customers to finalise bookings.
- Follow up on pending and cancelled bookings.

3. Technician & Service Partner Coordination
- Contact technicians and service partners to check their availability.
- Assign service requests to the appropriate technician or partner.




- Coordinate service timing and customer requirements.
- Follow up to ensure the assigned work is completed properly.

4. Daily Operations Management
- Manage service requests in the assigned area.
- Track daily enquiries, calls, confirmed bookings, and completed jobs.
- Maintain daily reports and update the management team.
- Identify pending jobs and take action to resolve delays.

5. Customer Satisfaction & Complaints
- Contact customers after service completion.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Handle basic complaints and coordinate with management when required.
- Help maintain service quality and customer trust.

6. Daily Performance Targets
- Make approximately 15–20 or more follow-up and customer-related calls per day, depending on assigned work.
- Work towards converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up on bookings until completion.
