Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Namakkal. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting poultry farms, distributors, and retailers to promote and sell Virat Feeds products, build relationships, and generate new business. Daily activities include explaining product benefits, providing basic technical guidance, collecting market feedback, and ensuring timely order booking and follow-up.



The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, maintaining accurate sales records, and reporting regularly to the sales manager. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support customer service, resolve issues, and help achieve regional sales targets.
Qualifications
• Robust field sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals in the poultry or agriculture sector.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, manage accounts, and provide after-sales support to farmers, distributors, and retailers.
• Basic understanding of poultry feed products or willingness to learn technical product knowledge and explain it clearly to customers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to present product value and handle customer queries professionally.
