We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with 15+ years of experience in building brands, driving business growth, leading marketing teams and executing integrated marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across brand marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, content, campaigns, market research, customer acquisition, and marketing analytics, along with the ability to work closely with leadership, sales, and business teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Build and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, targets, and KPIs.




• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to improve pipeline generation and marketing-to-sales conversion.
• Develop marketing strategies for new product/service launches and expansion into current markets.
• Oversee content strategy, corporate communications, PR, events, webinars, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while establishing clear goals and performance standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategy, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, industry trends, and evolving customer behavior.

Candidate Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall marketing experience, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
