We're looking for a product-minded Founding Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, building scalable products, and shipping features in a fast-moving startup environment.
? About the RoleAs our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work directly with the founding team to build, maintain, and scale the Palsz platform.
You'll take ownership of core product features, contribute to technical decisions, and help establish our engineering foundation from the ground up.
? Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features.
• Build reliable APIs and third-party integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and account management.
• Develop booking, scheduling, notification, and payment workflows.
• Design and maintain database schemas.
• Write clean,
maintainable, and testable code.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Establish testing, deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product and technical decisions.
• Identify technical challenges and implement practical solutions.
✅ Required Qualifications• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience building web applications or software projects.
• Understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, authentication, and Git.
• Ability to write maintainable code and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong ownership mindset and adaptability in a startup setting.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Backend development experience with relational databases.
