Role Description The Solar Installer role is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. The Solar Installer will assemble, install, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems in accordance with technical designs, safety standards, and local regulations. Daily tasks include site assessment, mounting structure installation, panel positioning, wiring and cable routing,



and connection of inverters and associated equipment. The role involves using hand and power tools, performing basic electrical and mechanical work, conducting system checks, and supporting commissioning activities. The Solar Installer will collaborate with engineers and project supervisors, maintain accurate installation records, and ensure clean and safe work sites.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of solar power and solar systems, including on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid configurations.
• Experience working in the solar industry or related renewable energy fields.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles relevant to solar installations.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, layouts, and installation manuals.
