Role Description This is a full-time, in office Physiotherapist and Ergonomist role based in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The role involves conducting ergonomic assessments in office and industrial environments, identifying risk factors for RSI/MSD,



and recommending practical interventions for posture, workstation design, and workflow. The Physiotherapist and Ergonomist will provide on-site physiotherapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include delivering ergonomics training sessions, preparing scientific and evidence-based reports, collaborating with client stakeholders on prevention strategies, and documenting outcomes in line with organizational protocols. The role also requires active participation in quality improvement, use of technology-enabled tools, and adherence to professional and ethical standards in patient and client care.
