Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, sales outreach, and relationship management with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Sales & Conversion: Connect with prospects, understand their needs, present solutions, and convert leads into clients.
• Client Handling: Communicate with domestic and international clients and manage business inquiries professionally.
• Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Market Research: Research target markets, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain lead records, sales pipelines, and follow-up status.
• Reporting:



Maintain sales reports and track lead and conversion performance.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication and execution.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, Excel, and LinkedIn.
• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to communicate confidently with domestic and international clients.
• Willingness to learn about digital, cloud, and technology solutions.
