Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Display Ads, PPC).
• Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and implement strategies to improve website ranking.
• Drive lead generation through targeted digital strategies.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and blogs.
• Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and grow the online community.
• Track trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities to develop engaging campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for PR activities, reels, videos, recipe content, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.




• Ensure timely execution of content plans and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Public Relations (PR)

• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and PR content to promote the brand.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and bloggers.
• Support events, product launches, and campaigns with PR coverage.
• Manage brand reputation, monitor media mentions, and handle crisis communication if required.
• Align PR strategies with digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistent communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and PR.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage campaigns across multiple channels.
