Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management. Responsibilities include supporting staffing and recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and assisting with workforce planning for the shop. The role will involve maintaining HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations issues, organizing training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will also oversee attendance, leave management, and performance review processes, while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
• Experience with Keka HR Software is a plus
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies.
• Candidates should have knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and workforce planning.




• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in maintaining HR documentation, HRIS or HR software (Keka HR), and basic MS Office tools.
• Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage environments is beneficial.
