The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Marketing & Transformation Officer (CMTO) to own and build the complete Brand, Marketing, Growth, Consumer and Transformation engine of Yuvrus Botanicals.
This is not a traditional CMO role.We are looking for a hands-on builder and growth operator who can take Yuvrus from:0 → 1 → 10 → 100




You will personally drive early-stage campaigns, identify what works, build repeatable growth systems, create a powerful consumer brand and eventually transform marketing into a data-driven, technology-enabled and increasingly automated growth engine.Brand → Attention → Trust → Acquisition → Conversion → Retention → Advocacy → ScaleThe goal is not simply to run campaigns.The goal is to build the machine that continuously creates demand, customers, revenue and brand equity.
