About the role
You will be the main point of contact for our hiring clients. You will understand each client's requirement, keep them updated on candidate profiles, and make sure every hiring mandate moves from first call to closed position. This is a high-ownership role with uncapped incentive, so the more you close, the more you earn.
What you will do
• Be the day-to-day contact for client companies and keep them aligned on WhatsApp and calls
• Take hiring requirements from founders and hiring managers and turn them into clear briefs




• Share candidate profiles, collect feedback and check back when a candidate is above the salary range
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and follow up until the offer is closed
• Track every mandate, update status and hit your closure targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients and bring in repeat mandates
What we are looking for
• Freshers are welcome. 0-3 years of experience in client handling, account management, customer success, sales, business development or recruitment
• Clear communication on WhatsApp, phone and email, with a solid follow-up habit
• Comfort with targets and a performance-linked incentive
• Organised, fast and detail-minded
• Based in Mumbai or ready to relocate
