Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.



This role is responsible for driving patient referrals and institutional partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and other healthcare stakeholders. The Senior BDE will identify current business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop outreach plans to promote ApoKOS Rehabilitation’s services and programs. Daily activities include meeting prospective partners, presenting service offerings, coordinating marketing and community engagement initiatives, and tracking lead conversion and revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients and partners, preparing reports and forecasts, and supporting brand visibility in the local and regional market.
Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience in healthcare
