Role Description The Business Development Executive (Field) — Kozhikode / Kochi is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode and Kochi. This position involves identifying and approaching potential gym, studio, and club partners, presenting DgymBook™ solutions, and driving new business opportunities in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits, generating leads, giving product demonstrations, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships with existing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of pipeline activities, providing feedback from the field to internal teams, and meeting defined sales and growth targets.
Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills for identifying and converting prospects.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills for handling partnerships and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and day-to-day stakeholder interactions.
• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, fitness, or related service industries.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment, with strong planning, time management, and territory management capabilities.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile applications for reporting and client follow-up.
• Valid means of local travel and familiarity with the Kozhikode / Kochi market.
