Affluent Hub is a performance marketing agency that runs lead-generation campaigns, ad strategy and AI-produced video ads for brands in fintech lending and real estate. We’re measured on one thing: whether our clients’ campaigns bring in business.

The Role
You own the deal once a qualified lead books a meeting. You’ll run discovery, pitch, handle objections, negotiate and close. Your job is to turn conversations into signed retainers that our delivery team can actually execute.

What You’ll Do

Run discovery calls that get to the client’s real problem: high cost per lead, poor lead quality, or a sales team that can’t convert. “We need more followers” is not the problem.
Pitch and present proposals for performance marketing, Meta and Google ads, video ad production, and website builds.
Handle objections on budget, ROI, and “we’ve been burned by an agency before” using case studies and numbers, not promises.
Negotiate pricing,



scope and retainer terms within approved margins.
Follow up with discipline. Every lead in the CRM has a next step and a date.
Hand closed clients over to the delivery team with a clean brief so onboarding doesn’t start from zero.
Own a monthly revenue target and report on your pipeline every week.

What You Bring

2–5 years in B2B sales, with at least 1 year selling digital marketing, ad services, SaaS or agency retainers.
A proven closing record. Come with your numbers: deal sizes, monthly closures, conversion rate.
You can talk CPL, ROAS, CTR and funnels without reading from a script.
Robust spoken and written English and Hindi.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
Bonus: you’ve sold to real estate developers, NBFCs or lending companies.
