About PARSEC (Param Science Experience Centres) PARSEC is part of the Param ecosystem - an experiential platform integrating Science and Innovation, Culture and History, into immersive public engagement.

Role Overview
This role has direct responsibility for the monthly visitor foot-fall through ticket sales, across ParSEC centres. This is a field-intensive, on-ground engagement & sales role.

Key Responsibilities:
a. Institutional & Corporate Partnerships (Core Focus)




● Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporates
● Drive group visits, learning programmes, and corporate experiences at PARSEC centres
● Position PARSEC as a preferred destination for institutional and corporate visits
● Strengthen repeat engagement through ongoing relationships

b. Visitor Growth & Channel Development
● Develop ticketing bundles, pricing approaches, and visitor conversion strategies
● Build and manage channels that consistently drive bookings and footfall
● Work with partners that directly contribute to visitor inflow (institutions, corporates, tourism networks)
● Track pipeline and ensure follow-through to confirmed visitsus.

c. Field Outreach & Partnerships (On-ground Role)
● Visit and engage regularly with schools, colleges, organisations, and partners
● Conduct presentations to introduce PARSEC programmes and experiences
