About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, servers, networks, security systems, and IT assets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, data security, smooth network operations, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of technical issues.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, cybersecurity practices, hardware and software maintenance, and end-user technical support.
Key Responsibilities1. System Administration & IT Infrastructure• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage Windows-based systems, user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
• Maintain servers,



storage systems, and shared network resources, as applicable.
• Manage software installations, updates, licensing, and patch management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, software licenses, and hardware documentation.

2. Network Administration• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and access points.
• Manage network connectivity and ensure reliable access to IT resources.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, bandwidth, and IP configuration issues.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors for network-related issues.
• Maintain network documentation, IP address records, and device configurations.

3. IT Security & Data Protection• Implement and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, firewall policies, and system security updates.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, suspicious act
