Role Description The Support Delivery Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of guest services, coordinating support for restaurant operations, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met across shifts. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring service performance, resolving guest issues promptly, coordinating with kitchen and floor teams,



and supporting management in implementing service improvement initiatives. The Support Delivery Executive will assist in managing small projects related to service enhancements, provide guidance to team members on service protocols, and collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to support guest engagement activities. The role requires a strong focus on efficiency, guest satisfaction, and clear communication with internal teams.
