Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Sales/Support Executive based in Ahmedabad, for candidates currently in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.



The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from U.S. clients, providing front-line support for legal and credit operations processes, and resolving basic service and account-related inquiries. The executive will assist in client onboarding, maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service offerings, following structured scripts and SOPs, escalating complex matters to senior staff, and meeting defined performance and quality targets aligned with U.S. time zones. The role also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining professional communication standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and support workflows.
