Job Description – Inside Sales
Experience:
• Minimum 12 +years experience
Qualification:
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Bachelor of Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• • Attend inbound customer enquiries and acknowledge enquiries received through various channels emails, website, telephone, online platforms.
• Deal with inquiries from all trade portals.
• Qualify leads based on specification, budget, authority, need, and timeline
• Manage OEM Regular Accounts all regions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct periodic account reviews and performance analysis.
• Define penetration strategy for switch product line with application
• Reporting time to time for analysis of sales data, global reference data , order lost etc.,
• Recent business development
• Convert leads to potential opportunities and win the business
• Manage account from beginning to winning
• Product selection to meet customer needs and requirements
• Support to the customer before or after sales
• Build & retain good relationship with customers




• Achieve sales target
• Product demonstration
• Help in the design of custom-made products
• Work closely with distributors to increase business.
• Build strong relationships with OEM customers.
• Focus on top customers to retain and grow business.
• Identify decision-makers and expand contacts within accounts.
• Explore untapped areas, applications, and segments.
• Drive reference selling and leverage testimonials.
• Capture installation pictures and videos for marketing and case studies.
• Share insights with business development, technical team and marketing teams.
