Overview:

Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst will be responsible for generation, validation, analysis of Business Intelligence Reports and review with operational/functional heads. Also responsible for MIS reporting and timely submission of reports for management.

Typical Functions:

• Single source of operational data across the key departments of the organization
• Manage all the reporting requirements of the organization including the Germany related reporting.
• Facilitate recording of manual inputs necessary for report generation
• Timely Generation of accurate, adequate, and authentic RSS-wise BIR
• Designation-wise daily reporting of BIR

Validation & Audits:

• Daily validation of BIR for consistency with the Planning/finance.. and other sources
• Regular validation of manual inputs used for BIR.
• Regular review with key operational team on the authenticity & accuracy of BIR
• Identification and escalation of key process gaps leading to inaccurate or inadequate reporting.




• Generate weekly validation reports highlighting the various gaps.
• Conduct periodic performance & data audit and highlight the gaps.

Skills/Work Experience In:

• Disseminate information in the form of periodical management report/MIS, Gross Margin Analysis.
• Aware of technics of collecting data/info through marketing intelligence.
• Conduct or coordinate gaps in internal business process are verified and fixed.
• Identify or monitor current business operation, using business intelligence tools and in house ERP.
• Synthesis current business intelligence or trend data and provide to management and support for action.
• Develop and maintain suitable business intelligence tools, database, dashboards.
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to functional heads and other users.
• Independently handle annual business plan exercise, periodical forecast/ projections, compile reports sent to parent company.
