About The Role

Magevik builds websites, custom software, AI agents and brands for businesses, schools and founders. Most of them have never heard of us yet, and this role is how they do. You work through the prospect data we gather, call the decision makers, introduce what we do, and find out whether there is a fit.

This is outbound, commission-based sales on your own schedule. There are no fixed hours and no office: you choose when to call, keep every conversation moving, and bring our team in when a prospect wants a scope or a quote. When a client you converted makes their first payment to Magevik, 20% of that amount is yours.

Do this well and there is a path to a full time role with a fixed salary. We are honest that it is not guaranteed: it depends on what the studio needs at the time and on the results you bring in.

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to the prospects on the lists we research and hand you, at whatever time suits you and them
• Open the conversation with people who have not heard of Magevik, explain what we do in plain terms and find out what they need




• Qualify genuine interest, book follow up calls and keep every live conversation moving until it closes or clearly will not
• Bring our team in for scoping and quotes, and hand over cleanly once the client confirms
• Keep clear notes on every prospect and share your pipeline each week, so we both know what is closing and what is stuck

What we are looking for

• Confident on the phone, in English and Hindi, and comfortable calling people who are not expecting you
• Resilient with cold outreach: able to hear no, stay courteous, and dial the next number
• Able to listen first and pitch second, so the conversation is about their problem rather than our list of services
• Reliable follow through. A prospect called back when promised is a prospect that closes
• A phone, a quiet place to call from and a secure internet connection
• Based in India and able to reach prospects during Indian busine
