Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager – Industrial Equipment & SPMs. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for material-handling systems, special-purpose machines, and factory-automation solutions, including lead generation, prospecting,



and qualification of industrial customers. The manager will conduct client visits, understand technical and operational requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to align solutions with customer needs. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from enquiry to order closure, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and tracking market trends and competitor activity. The role also requires regular reporting on sales pipelines and performance, participation in industry events, and contribution to strategic growth initiatives.
