Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales data management, order booking, and sales team tracking. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily beat plans, monitoring sales team activities, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the daily activities and performance of the sales team.

• Maintain and manage sales data, reports, and records.

• Coordinate order booking, order processing, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily beat plans and field activities.

• Track beat plan compliance and ensure timely reporting from the sales team.

• Coordinate with Reporting Managers to ensure smooth sales operations.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.

Required Skills: Positive communication, coordination, data management, MS Excel, and sales reporting skills.
