Role Description This is a temporary, remote Junior Software Engineer role. The Junior Software Engineer will assist in developing and maintaining backend services that support property analytics, rental yield calculations, and workflow automation. Day-to-day tasks include implementing recent features under guidance from senior engineers,



writing clean and testable code, debugging and resolving issues in existing services, and contributing to code reviews. The role will also involve collaborating with product and operations teams to translate real estate business needs into technical solutions, documenting technical work, and learning best practices in modern software development. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a supportive environment while contributing to production systems.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to perform Software Development and Programming tasks using at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
