About the Role
Virima is hiring a growth-obsessed, internet-native creator to join our marketing team as our Social Media Content Creator. Your job isn't to make content that "looks nice" — it's to grow our channels. Followers. Engagement rate. Watch time. Reach.



Real numbers going up, quarter over quarter.
Video is how you'll get there. It's the highest-leverage format on every platform right now, and you already know that — but this isn't a videographer role. Nobody's handing you a shot list.
You're the one deciding what gets made, because you can feel what a trend, a sound, or a format is about to do before it does it.
You'll own the full loop end to end: spotting what's working, concepting it for Virima, getting it shot and edited (using AI tools to move quick), publishing it, and then reading the numbers to figure out what to do more of.

What You'll Do
● Own channel growth. Followers, engagement rate, watch time, reach — these are your metrics, not just something you glance at. You'll set targets and build a content strategy to hit them.
