As we expand our presence in the Indian education market, we are seeking an experienced Business Development & Strategy Manager to lead institutional partnerships, drive business growth, and contribute to the strategic expansion of Schools by Inkrant.

Role Overview

The Business Development & Strategy Manager will play a key role in establishing and expanding Schools by Inkrant across the Indian K–12 education sector.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder & CEO,



taking ownership of business development initiatives, institutional relationships, market expansion strategies, and revenue growth.

This position requires a commercially driven qualified with a strong understanding of the education ecosystem, demonstrated business development experience, and the ability to translate market opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across private schools, CBSE-affiliated institutions, and educational groups.
• Drive customer acquisition, institutional sales, and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments.
• Develop regional expansion strategies, initially focusing on Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
