E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER

The Role
You will own revenue growth across our marketplaces, led by Amazon, along with Flipkart and quick commerce. This is a hands-on role focused on advertising, sale events and conversion. You will run campaigns yourself, manage budgets, and be accountable for marketplace sales, profitability and ranking.

What You’ll Do

Advertising
• Plan, launch and optimise Amazon Ads across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
• Run Amazon DSP campaigns for awareness, retargeting and new launches, directly or with agency partners
• Manage advertising on Flipkart and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
• Build keyword,



category and competitor targeting strategies for each product line
• Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets across platforms and products

Sales & Events
• Plan and execute major sale events (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days) end to end
• Manage deals, coupons, Lightning Deals and pricing promotions
• Plan new product launches on marketplaces with the brand and design teams

Conversion
• Improve listing conversion through titles, images, A+ content, videos and store pages, working with the design team
• Monitor ratings and reviews, and work on review generation within platform guidelines
• Track search ranking, Best Seller Rank and share of voice in key categories

Reporting & Coordination
• Own weekly and monthly reporting on sales, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and contribution margin
• Forecast sales by product and event, and share demand inputs with the supply chain team
