About the Opportunity
AtoZ VirtuaL Pvt Ltd is rebuilding its business from the ground up. We currently have no active clients or established operating team. Our immediate priorities are revenue generation, team building, operational restructuring, backlog clearance and rebuilding our online reputation.
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and trustworthy skilled to work directly with the Founder as a Premium Personal Executive Partner - someone who can turn plans into action, build systems from scratch and help establish a sustainable, revenue-generating business.
This is not a conventional Personal Assistant role.



It is an opportunity for someone who is comfortable with uncertainty, willing to build from zero and motivated by measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Drive organic lead generation, prospect outreach, partnerships and client acquisition to restart revenue generation.
• Team Building: Source, onboard, motivate and coordinate a productive team, establishing clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Business Operations: Develop SOPs, workflows and reporting systems to ensure business continuity even when the Founder is unavailable.
• Backlog Clearance: Organise and coordinate outstanding business matters, including follow-ups relating to the Germany manpower project.
• Online Reputation: Improve the company's digital presence, address genuine concerns professionally and rebuild brand credibility.
