About the Role
As the Founding Engineer focused on infrastructure, you will build and operate the production systems that support a freight and logistics technology business. This is a hands-on role in an early-stage environment, with responsibility for reliable cloud infrastructure and the automation needed to deliver software effectively.
What You'll Do
• Design, build, and operate production infrastructure systems at scale.

• Ship infrastructure code and automation for cloud environments.

• Develop and maintain containerized systems using orchestration technologies.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.

• Support monitoring, logging, and observability across infrastructure.

What We're Looking For
• At least five years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.

• Experience designing, building,



or operating production infrastructure at scale, and shipping infrastructure code or automation.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.

• Background working in a startup or early-stage company environment.

Compensation & Perks
Annual salary: INR 800,000 to INR 1,100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
